The leadership team is very understanding, listens to ideas, issues, or anything else. They are always there when someone needs advice or support.
What did you like most about the interview process?
That they carefully choose the candidates who work here. Its not about your experience, its more about if you are willing to learn.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone tries their best, we are not just a company or a team. We are a family. We believe big and we get through it together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's not about the money. I am happy where I am working but nevertheless, I only started in the company and know I can grow with my team.
