The people are great, first of all. And we all help each other grow. Giving feedback is appreciated and we acknowledge each others skills, and create roles that fit the person, allowing us to complement each others qualities
Our manager set up the team in a way that we bonded immediately, making it really easy to work with them and be friends as well.
