What's the work from home policy like at SideChef?
very flexible, we have good communication so working from home is never discouraged
We can easily switch days or do remote work as long as our manager approves it. In October, I'm going to be working from the beach for a week. :P

The culinary studio puts out food for us to enjoy several times a week! This helps with motivation and keeping us happy and energized throughout the day

It's demanding and rewarding. SideChef is a startup so we don't give meaningless tasks to interns, neither do they have the chance to sit around all day. Through this process, interns at sidechef get a much more valuable experience than they would at big companies. Interns are often given significant responsibilities and end up learning a lot and getting some really solid experience here.
