I love my leadership team! Everyone is always willing to teach and answer my questions. I wouldn't imagine any other team than them.

I think it might sound strange but insurance according to my actual salary is the best part for me, as compared to start up company based in China.

We get a market conform salary and many of us get KPI based shares. There is a good work-life balance with enough team activities.

The premium insurance is really good and can be extended to family

Everyone bounces off their ideas off each other and am always there to help each other.

Strong communication about the problem we are tackling and how product design can solve it. We have working software and ship improvements regularly to our users and customers.

Employees are allowed to work from home once per week. It's the only day of the week when I feel productive and don't have to deal with office environment, people scheduling random meetings, people starting discussions with me while I'm trying to work, etc.

Even though we are separated in different teams like engineering and content, each project uses resources and know how from multiple disciplines to come up with solutions
