Healthcare is great and equity is offered to everyone

I think it might sound strange but insurance according to my actual salary is the best part for me, as compared to start up company based in China.

We get a market conform salary and many of us get KPI based shares. There is a good work-life balance with enough team activities.

The premium insurance is really good and can be extended to family
