Healthcare is great and equity is offered to everyone
I think it might sound strange but insurance according to my actual salary is the best part for me, as compared to start up company based in China.
We get a market conform salary and many of us get KPI based shares. There is a good work-life balance with enough team activities.
The premium insurance is really good and can be extended to family

Interns get paid too low, should be higher to be more adequately compensated for the work we put into the environment
