Easy to approach, friendly, casual

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Love that the CEO is so hands on, made some lifelong friends at work

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Being more on top of things, more motivation, less complaints, seems like we're all just working to work, no passion

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Too many sick call outs, always seem to be understaffed even with so many people on the roster. Always short and looking for coverage. Turnover is INSANE. Seems super disorganized.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Extremely inconsistent about employee reviews, employees do not receive raises for staying with the company, no paid maternity leave, no 401k matching, work on all holidays besides Christmas and Thanksgiving, not much appreciation shown towards employees.
