Caring about people. Everyone on the team matters equally, favoritism is wrong and childish

After the training, I feel like Gregg, Chris and Sarah are the people that truly care.

Good hard work is not rewarded. Raises are not given when deserved, let alone growth in the company.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Im anxious to go into work. I feel fear mongered, discriminated against because of my age and management is too biased to admit growth
