No idea is a bad idea, collaboration is constant. If i dont think of something i know someone else will!
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to be the support that has been missing for my team members, to watch all the wins happening around me
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I took a pay cut to become lead RN, and I am working 2-3x more than I had to as a floor RN. I love my position, and would do it as an unpaid hobby! I had been told that because the company is paying for my travel to NY i will be paid less. Different position, no tips.I want more conversation on it!
