I LOVE the CO team! Especially the team here at Foundations. We're a diverse group with different strengths that work well together to create incredible results
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like a base rate of $28 for RNs with years of experience in colorado is very, very low. I appreciate SL making the difference in tips up to $45, but i think it could be improved as this is something that multiple of us RNs have mentioned as being a bit disappointing
