I have brought coworker issues up to my clinic manager and there has been no resolution, and it was put back onto me to handle.

The company, especially in HQ, is filled with empathetic and smart people who really believe in the mission. Being smaller and high-growth, SL benefits from making quick decisions and not getting bogged down in bureaucracy which eliminates a lot of frustration typically felt at a large company.
