all of my team members approach their work professionally, and positively despite how challenging the work may be.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
While we are all working on numerous endeavors, my leader has been thoughtful and considerate in how needs are addressed. Additionally my leader has been considerate and helpful with feedback on how I can approach day to day work or improve my approach to challenges.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have appreciated the culture here, especially when considering other corporate environments from my past life. Leaders and employees treat each other with respect. There seems to be an environment which allows others to speak up and share freely & aids positive growth for the company overall.
What makes you most happy at work?
I appreciate new challenges and continuously learning for my personal growth. Having such a great team to work with makes it even better. I love seeing SmithRx in the news and through promotional posts in social media as well. Its easy to get behind the mission of what we do here!
