However departments that do more and have to constantly tell that other department how to do things are paid less. It's known that if you want more money to do less be that role

I was forced to take on another role in BMMS w/ no extra compensation as well as my original role in MSS. Adding additional workloads is not a reward and then to be not given the choice and forced to take on additional work is not a reward either this is unfair and unprofessional
