Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The way that certain departments are paid for what they do is confusing. Some departments do a lot less but are paid more. However departments that do more and have to constantly tell that other department how to do things are paid less. It's known that if you want more money to do less be that role
