Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The way that certain departments are paid for what they do is confusing. Some departments do a lot less but are paid more. However departments that do more and have to constantly tell that other department how to do things are paid less. It's known that if you want more money to do less be that role

I was forced to take on another role in BMMS w/ no extra compensation as well as my original role in MSS. Adding additional workloads is not a reward and then to be not given the choice and forced to take on additional work is not a reward either this is unfair and unprofessional

My compensation does match what our competitors provide. What I bring to the table as far as my team, does not match the work I provide. I'm the least compensated individual on my team while I still hold higher volume and more valued clients than my peers.

my benefits are the main issue. SmithRx refuses to cover weight loss medications and the end result is I'm stuck with a $400 monthly bill for compounded GLP-1 medications for weight loss. That, and they /STILL/ don't have a matching 401k.

getting paid a livable wage would be great. a christmas bonus, or any bonus would also be nice. as well as having a 401k match and access to stock shares like other employees.
