the micromanaging is unbearable, we need to be compensated fairly especially if were skilled for multiple roles and this job really should be fully remote. leasing the facility is really a waste of the companies money that could be utilized for increased compensation, software upgrades and benefits

recent lay offs happened, resulting in a huge spike in how busy we are with phone calls. would've been nice if not as many people were laid off so that we're not as busy and mentally drained as we are now.

pay us living wages. we make less than people did in the "great depression" and yet we have to literally FIGHT to get the promotions and raises we deserve. not to mention we don't get cost of living raises either.
