I enjoy parental leave. I am grateful this company pays their employees so they can have some time to raise their children. Insurance is pretty good as well.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My compensation does match what our competitors provide. What I bring to the table as far as my team, does not match the work I provide. I'm the least compensated individual on my team while I still hold higher volume and more valued clients than my peers.

Collaboration and low ego. Commitment to the mission.
