I have not been at this company a year yet but I have felt supported and welcomed by everyone, regardless of station/team/role. I feel like I can excel here and learn a lot. I have made mistakes but never have felt chastised, just trained to do better and comforted to know it is ok to be human.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fun we all have together and the fact everyone is so helpful.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The fact we are able to use the Aetna network without paying high premiums. This gives a wide range of providers and low costs.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work as a team. This is a big deal because other teams I have been on are very siloed and this one is cohesive.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are transparent in company changes and mission. They are easily accessible to speak with, all the way up to the CEO. They all seem to genuinely care about us as individuals.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to help make sure that things are running smoothly so that our members are able to access services. I also like the feeling of accomplishment when I complete a complex task or learn something new.
