What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone's willingness to help. Our Director has a true open door policy he allows us to put time on his calendar so we chat and get to know him. better and ask questions about work and life.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very open and very easy to talk to. They are not negative or micromanaging. I feel that I can come to anyone on any level within my team if I had an issue or just needed some help.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have never been in an organization where everyone is so ready to step in and help. When there's a question posed in our chat, everyone chimes in and work together to answer the question. Every team member is so open to me reaching out directly.
What makes you most happy at work?
The workload. I am happy with my workload because it's a mixture of doing the same things and I am constantly learning something new. The job is never boring or dull because there's so much to learn. I really enjoy being able to help people when there's an issue and resolve matters for them.
