As you can tell by my previous answers, I love working at SmithRx. Joining a startup, and contributing to it's success over 4 years is not easy. It's required a lot of work and time, but it has been incredibly rewarding. I have referred five other individuals who have also been here multiple years!

Health benefits are solid, and the employee stock options are really exciting

People are positive. The lack of toxicity among team members is amazing. Unlike any other company I've worked for
What are some of the best things about your team?
I've never been at a company with a better culture. Everyone is bought in to the mission, and we really feel like a true team that supports one another. That's hard to do with the majority of the team being remote workers!
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel a sense of accomplishment every day I close my laptop. The day flew by, and I feel that I'm making a difference in my team and clients lives. I also feel that I'm being compensated fairly, and I'm recognized for the work I do. Lastly, I really enjoy the people I work with.
