Horrible work-life balance, no prioritization from the top down, and a genuinely awful place to work. The marketing department does a great job of making this place look like a good place to work, but none of it is true. Run!

I'm doing my manager's role and my role, so I deserve a lot more than I'm getting.

It's all chaos with no focus. I'll be surprised if Sprinklr will still be around in 10 years.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Prioritization, strategic vision, passionately, genuinely caring about their employees. Live the company's values if you expect others to follow you. Stop tacking on more benefits that no one uses because all they want is time back.
