experience is usually considered high
I like their enthusiasm and transparency
They have a vision and they are delivering the solution and go to market to make it real - They lead by example
Very tranparent and down to earth!
Making Sprinklr an employee centric workplace with defined process and policies. Invest in employee branding and development.

Prioritization, strategic vision, passionately, genuinely caring about their employees. Live the company's values if you expect others to follow you. Stop tacking on more benefits that no one uses because all they want is time back.
Encouraging healthy and profession working environment. Stopping unprofessional way of communication. Encouraging a non - threatening environment
stop the cheerleading. Sales needs to relate to marketing. Social media analytics are about safety and security of data.
Review from Sales Dept
Transparency. Not hiring all their friends they've worked with for 15+ years. Not forcing people out.
Review from Operations Dept
Good coverage across health and wellness.
flexible plan for the compensation
Stocks & at par salary with top companies
Fair pay and opportunities to earn based on performance.
competitive with the current market
Sprinklr needs to have a equal pay policy with defined roles and expectations.
Review from Customer Success Dept
I'm doing my manager's role and my role, so I deserve a lot more than I'm getting.
The educational qualification/background and the work experience is not valued.
the execs listen to hear not understand. the market is ferocious with competition for employees. Fair mkt value of employees should be done quarterly.
Review from Sales Dept
Salary is the biggest metric in which sprinklr is lacking. An overall increase in wages and bonuses will severely increase employee happiness and retention.
Review from HR Dept
Nice people to work with generally. Be prepared to coach to get things done.

Thinking for the customer and act

Need a better leadership and supervisors.
They need to check if all the departments are working within the spirit of sprinklr. Just cause USA is doing good, doesn't mean people at other locations are happy
Be honest and stop using the same positioning to "excite" employees quarter after quarter. Everyone is leaving for a reason.
Review from Sales Dept
Meeting incredible members of leadership team
Getting interviewed by a diverse group of people. Hiring by the culture.
Review from Customer Success Dept
Quick and easy - maybe too easy.
Fair assessment across all required competencies
It was more of a healthy discussion and conversation.
Review from HR Dept
It depends on the interviewer. The process should reflect the requirements.
Its death by a thousand cuts. what is important- do fit the culture. yes or no? Can I make money and add value to company and customers. Keep the interviews to 30 mins or less for the speed dating
Review from Sales Dept
Making money, spending time with co-workers, solving customer problems and making an impact in their businesses.

The best teams Ive worked with
Nothing really, I would like to leave as soon as possible
It's all chaos with no focus. I'll be surprised if Sprinklr will still be around in 10 years.
Anyone in a leadership position should expect ELT members to want daily read outs. Even lower level team managers (not VPs) should be prepared for this. Your VP or Clevel should help, until they’re gone and there’s no one but you left. It can be painful doing this daily.
