What would you improve about your company's interview process?
It depends on the interviewer. The process should reflect the requirements.
Its death by a thousand cuts. what is important- do fit the culture. yes or no? Can I make money and add value to company and customers. Keep the interviews to 30 mins or less for the speed dating
