the execs listen to hear not understand. the market is ferocious with competition for employees. Fair mkt value of employees should be done quarterly.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Every thursday we all get up and give each-other anonymous shout outs. These recognitions are read aloud and a winner of the bunch is picked. Such cool environment to work in

Its death by a thousand cuts. what is important- do fit the culture. yes or no? Can I make money and add value to company and customers. Keep the interviews to 30 mins or less for the speed dating
