Uncapped commission and really strong base pay

Everyone is there to help each other out. Even though we're all in sales everyone is there for support.

The real world sample writing assignment really got me into what I would be doing on a daily basis here

Being surrounded by people who all believe in the work they are doing and that support me in my career aspirations

They are all very accessible. I feel as if I can reach out to any of them and get some time to connect with them. They really seem to care.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Every thursday we all get up and give each-other anonymous shout outs. These recognitions are read aloud and a winner of the bunch is picked. Such cool environment to work in
