Worse job I have ever had! Never been treated so awful, we are belittled, yelled at, cussed at by supervisors, promised rewards for a good job that they never have come thru with.

Nothing at all, our opinions count for nothing, All employees are not treated the same.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Anybody can have this job, all they need to do is apply and show up for the interview.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Get on board with the rest of the world, there is such a thing as labor laws the rest of employers follow. A labor union would benefit the employees at this company
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Constantly threatened we will be fired, thats what our meetings consist of, told to not wear headphones for safety, but our leads are wearing them and letting some employees as well. They are liars!!!
What are some of the best things about your team?
For long term employees there is great team effort when we pull together, there is such a high turn over that the new people are not trained, we are not allowed to speak to one another.
