The leadership team are down to earth people who are very understandable about everyone's situation (work/personal) and roles within the company.
They are always trying to keep everyone informed. They do not hide things from the company. Easily accessible when needing anything.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
caring about the well being of their employess and perform a job they are being paid for
They need to do proper investigations before firing people. Also listen to the employees about situations that are happening with supervisors
Get on board with the rest of the world, there is such a thing as labor laws the rest of employers follow. A labor union would benefit the employees at this company

They need to get better at actually being leaders and not just having the title. Empathy would go along way if the people who operate the staffmark branches in the DFW area. This company mismanages peoples money as if we work for them and they dont have to work for us. I will never work here again.
