I've been at Stord for about 3 months now and have had a fantastic experience! The people are nice and supportive, the company culture is really great, and I love the flexibility. I really appreciate how involved leadership is with always looking to improve the company and get employee feedback.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO (our CEO encourages us to take time off for our birthdays if that's our thing), gym reimbursement, reasonable pay
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process with Stord was efficient, everyone I interviewed with was very kind, asked thoughtful questions, and made me feel comfortable sharing my previous experience.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to work with my coworkers and the flexibility that Stord allows. I also really enjoy learning from my coworkers to further better myself as a marketer
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is extremely supportive and kind. All ideas are welcome, and I look forward to working together with my teammate to always be working toward our goals. I feel comfortable with my team to be able to talk about non-work topics as well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that leadership in what seems like all departments is very open to communication and feedback. Stord is very open minded and is constantly trying to learn and improve all aspects of the company. New ideas are welcome from employees in all roles, regardless of seniority
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The People Ops team really deserves a shout out here -- they work really hard to ask for employee feedback and make sure to act on it where improvements can be made. Overall, I think the supportiveness and genuine care from Stord and its employees influences the positive culture/environment here.
