They take ownership of mistakes and actions as well as taking ownership of mistakes
Our team is extremely supportive and kind. All ideas are welcome, and I look forward to working together with my teammate to always be working toward our goals. I feel comfortable with my team to be able to talk about non-work topics as well.
The people at STORD is part of what makes it so great. STORD takes the time to find qualified, hard-working, all-around GREAT people and it shows. I genuinely enjoy everyone that I interact with on a day-to-day basis. Collaboration is the name of the game and I know that my team has my back.
Everyone focuses on taking responsibility and learning everything they can about our industry.
