Focused and low ego, they value individual contributions at a very detailed level
I love that leadership in what seems like all departments is very open to communication and feedback. Stord is very open minded and is constantly trying to learn and improve all aspects of the company. New ideas are welcome from employees in all roles, regardless of seniority
