Very low ego. Efforts are focused on the goal and not assigning blame when things go wrong.
The People Ops team really deserves a shout out here -- they work really hard to ask for employee feedback and make sure to act on it where improvements can be made. Overall, I think the supportiveness and genuine care from Stord and its employees influences the positive culture/environment here.

The interview process with Stord was efficient, everyone I interviewed with was very kind, asked thoughtful questions, and made me feel comfortable sharing my previous experience.
I could tell that they were taking the time to make sure that I was a good fit and vise versa. They were very thorough and had me talk to people from all of the teams I'd be interacting with. I think this gave me a good overview of the company, teams and structure.
