It started off great. We were a disrupter, we were doing great things, everyone was happy. Then things started to shift nearly immediately when they brought in a new VP who has since taken over the company and single-handedly ruined the entire company
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Stock options were nice and a good plus. The bonus too was nice, even if it was small
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of the people are great. There's one team though where that's the exception, but everyone is great
What did you like most about the interview process?
Got to meet face to face with some of the executives, which, when I was hired for that position was a nice perk
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Open your eyes... If you want to be a tech company, you should be producing Technology. There's a reason why everyone is leaving or miserable except for 1 team.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Sadly all of this boils down to a single person... Get rid of the 1 person and restore the balance of the company. Empower the people who actually can make progress and push the company forward.
