What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Open your eyes... If you want to be a tech company, you should be producing Technology. There's a reason why everyone is leaving or miserable except for 1 team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are amazing. And we are close between Christmas and New Year's. Can't beat that!
Stock options were nice and a good plus. The bonus too was nice, even if it was small

What are some of the best things about your team?
They care about what we do. Everyone is about the mission.
Most of the people are great. There's one team though where that's the exception, but everyone is great

There is much change no doubt, but the change is for the best and the future of the company!

Got to meet face to face with some of the executives, which, when I was hired for that position was a nice perk

Continuing to learn and do great things for improving the overall company!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Sadly all of this boils down to a single person... Get rid of the 1 person and restore the balance of the company. Empower the people who actually can make progress and push the company forward.
