    Respecting individuals work life balance, respecting that when an individual has established a strong availability for you to not further push them into a situation where they must choose between family and the office.

    Sadly all of this boils down to a single person... Get rid of the 1 person and restore the balance of the company. Empower the people who actually can make progress and push the company forward.

    Open your eyes... If you want to be a tech company, you should be producing Technology. There's a reason why everyone is leaving or miserable except for 1 team.
