What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Respecting individuals work life balance, respecting that when an individual has established a strong availability for you to not further push them into a situation where they must choose between family and the office.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Sadly all of this boils down to a single person... Get rid of the 1 person and restore the balance of the company. Empower the people who actually can make progress and push the company forward.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Open your eyes... If you want to be a tech company, you should be producing Technology. There's a reason why everyone is leaving or miserable except for 1 team.
