Middle management stress levels are through the roof. Business Unit managers are unreasonable and HR Business partners are snakes. Company is very inconsistant on policies and rules only apply to certain individuals.

People in the facility need to be heard. Upper management folks tend to be closed minded.

Again, someone needs to look into the business unit managers and HR business partners in the organization.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Be open, be fair, and work together as a unit. People at this company tend to stab eachother in the back vs working towards the same goal.
