What did you like most about the interview process?

We met at a coffee shop and chatted like normal.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

More pay, more managers who can hype the team better, respect, better discounts for employees, etc.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Part time employees get a below state standard health plan and nobody explains any of the benefits and when they need to enroll.
