My manager berates me and tells me i dont do my job

The store front level communicate and understand each other's endeavors. We recognize store manager efforts and openly communicate schedules.

We have a good working relationship and understanding. But not sure if it's only because I'm new. I hope it stays that way, if they decide to keep me on in the company.

My managers excellent unfortunately she's worst stress, overwork and underpaid and understaffed and doesn't have a clue on what to do to fix this. My guess it's a problem.

I love my team! Coming with great energy

The best part about my team was the constant connections we made every day n also used to improve on the sales floor.

Our team really acts as a team. Most have been there for multiple years and we all help each other without hesitation. Call outs are rare and schedules are created with empathy and consideration for individual needs and obligations.
