First of all whoever taught the manager doesn't not teach her what she needs to be progressive and exceeded in her role so therefore you've set her up for failure I've been come for 20 years as sales manager I know what it taked to get the job done and I work inside of Macys

0/10. By far corporate snobs that don't care about you and I'm a top seller. By far the worst set of professional individuals I've ever networked with. Luxottica overall doesn't care about you unless you're in corporate making a decent wage.

Honestly there wasn't no leadership apart from the basic guide the mangers lended but the mangers at the beginning was very helpful a few was.

Managers understand how to create a flat organizational structure while operating within a hierarchical system.
