we all help eachother on sales
Engaging. Honestly Care about the team and are realistic with goals
Great communication and full support
Very understanding. Would have liked the ceo to have been on the actual floor for a shift instead of making customers uncomfortable with too much information about a pair they were hardly interested in.
So good it was incredibly amazing to be around them

First of all whoever taught the manager doesn't not teach her what she needs to be progressive and exceeded in her role so therefore you've set her up for failure I've been come for 20 years as sales manager I know what it taked to get the job done and I work inside of Macys
0/10. By far corporate snobs that don't care about you and I'm a top seller. By far the worst set of professional individuals I've ever networked with. Luxottica overall doesn't care about you unless you're in corporate making a decent wage.
Honestly there wasn't no leadership apart from the basic guide the mangers lended but the mangers at the beginning was very helpful a few was.
Managers understand how to create a flat organizational structure while operating within a hierarchical system.
Their dedication to improving the sunglass hut location
Nothing about the team excites me
That it's space to, of cause learn. Build skills that I am determined to use as I build myself a career. And from what I have observed, it would mean a great deal for me to learn from such brilliant and humble minds.

When you are struggling some one will help you and show you how to do things correctly instead of bashing each other for doing a bad job. Very friendly environment!

Everything. The place shows no support to its workers
Fair promotions, instead of favoritism
leading with respect for your teams empathy , growing people, not to be insecure as a leader
Communication with associates, proper training of new hires, common decency and respect to those who have differing outlooks.
Listening to associates, we are the face of the company and actually understand the customer base.
Listening to the casual workers more
I been put to work by myself for hours and not having anyone to cover for me if i have to use the restroom, for multiple days

understanding that each location is different from another. One sales model does not fit everyone
