Incentive for the associates. Give the support your managers need. Give your customers better deals instead of raising prices and lowering discount margins. Reflect on your role as leadership to provide for your teams instead of reprimand them.

Honesty. The lack of communication when it comes to commision pay, being told i would get that check every other month an then having it changed a week later leads to confussion
