I think the company can do better as a $7.8 billion company as far as their expectations on dress code and performance when they are only paying minimum wage they ask for professional attire and not every store is the same as far as organization/communication. Very stressful job with little pay.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Free eye exams and i supose 50% off most glasses . Even though I think that since I'm working with the company, it should be all brands included not just selected ones.
