What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In my store, everyone really enjoys working with each other.
Not the company. They dont have a positive culture. but my store manager is flexible, realistic, invested in our development

My manager enjoys the fact that I have management experience and she lets me pretty much run the store the way I want to. She's a multi manager, so therefore she's been a lot of time at the other store.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Promotions based on merit instead of always promoting the men first
Understanding that not as many people shop in person anymore. So of course sales are lower. It would greatly relieve tension.
The gang click that works there now should NOT be working together if they are having sex and going on trips together and going to strip clubs.and if you say no to all of that the manager just FIRES YOU

The company culture is fine. I think they put a little too much stock into the training videos.
Get rid of the dress code, we sell sunglasses, not suits, jewellry, watches, etc. theres no reason for my to dress like im going to church to sell a pair of 180$ oakleys.
