I really enjoyed how you are placed into the situation of can you sell me a pair of sunglasses so the employer knows what qualities you have to offer at the company.

Your shift is sales goal oriented so if you don't make above 100? of your goal then you don't receive commission. which is 1? of whatever you make after you meet your goal for the day. We should be able to receive commission for every sale especially if it's only 1?
