My team in my store is hardworking and energetic, as well as the managers within my region. They are all dedicated and hardworking people.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My regional manager at the time really listened and got to know me on a personal level. He really showed that he cared and was excited for me to be on his team and was dedicated to my development as a leader.
