I work for Ss A for almost 10 years as a manager I moved to Florida and came to work for Westshore sunglasses and Macys as a sales associate but now I find out they pay almost $18 an hour. I was not being paid that amount I have 20 years experience. Why is that fair?
What are some of the best things about your team?
My managers excellent unfortunately she's worst stress, overwork and underpaid and understaffed and doesn't have a clue on what to do to fix this. My guess it's a problem.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My manager enjoys the fact that I have management experience and she lets me pretty much run the store the way I want to. She's a multi manager, so therefore she's been a lot of time at the other store.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
First of all whoever taught the manager doesn't not teach her what she needs to be progressive and exceeded in her role so therefore you've set her up for failure I've been come for 20 years as sales manager I know what it taked to get the job done and I work inside of Macys
