There have been ups and downs like any company. We are at a place where we need to focus on maturing the company to take the next step which would help with the frustrations I have. We need to better define clear ownership of parts of the business and get away from everyone doing everything.

What makes you most happy at work?
Working on projects that will have a noticeable impact on the company. Also, working with other people that can help make the project special, and hopefully learning from that experience.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is focused on the person before anything else. Whether that be employees caring for other employees wellbeing and happiness, or employees caring about our customers as people that have frustrations and stresses around running their business.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think the executive team is very collaborative with people outside of the executive team. I also think that they have the desire to do what it takes to mature the company and create better ways of doing things.
