What makes you most happy at work?
The work-from-home life is wonderful, but I also like the option that I can go into the office when I would like. I also love my daily meetings with my team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part about the compensation package is that we have unlimited paid vacations and great benefits, wonderful stock opportunities, and as an Analyst, our commission structure is uncapped and is fairly paid. We recently did a big operations change and I think it was the right move.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I had a really great experience interviewing for Tegus. My talent coordinator was supportive and encouraging throughout the whole way. For the interviews, I felt like I was being listened to and the conversation was very engaging. I work with those individuals to this day and they are top-tier!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team believes in being transparent about what is going on in Tegus. They all are on the same page which makes us as a company a unified front. They want us to succeed and we are like one big family. The best team wins and that truly is Tegus.
