What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really like that the leadership team at Tegus is very transparent, hosting various AMA sessions regularly and sharing important information with employees to ensure everyone working at the company has a clear picture.

Very open to input and new ideas from all over the organization. Constantly seeking to get better, bring in more talent, and improve the organization. They believe so deeply in what we're building and that we have the team to do it.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Significant equity component for all team members. Compensation strategy seeks to reward outperformers with outsized cash and stock compensation. Quarterly bonuses with significant potential to outperform target rewards near-term performance quickly.

There is a high performance culture at Tegus, and high performance is highly rewarded. People are extremely friendly and smart, which is great.

What makes you most happy at work?
Having the flexibility to work remotely from a different country for a portion of the year, as well as having the peace of mind that comes with unlimited PTO.
