I appreciate the remote work we have available to us. I'm so much more productive that way. I like the opportunity to collaborate cross department too.

I appreciate the transparency and the grittiness of Tegus. I like that folks are trusted to do their job but there is clear direction on where to go as help is needed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is efficient and fast-moving but also genuine and caring. There is a real team mentality. I have been so impressed with the quality of people who are here and continue to join the Tegus team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everything is very transparent at Tegus. Leadership shares board decks & has weekly "ask me anything" sessions with the to co-founders. They encourage challenging the process and want feedback from everyone. Their onboarding included hearing directly from them and it was really neat.
