Tek Systems promotes performance which is both exciting and daunting. At times, I feel unsupported, but I think this company rewards self-starters who seek positive solutions to building relationships. I would like to see a cohort for new employees to share best practices and openly discuss failure.

Building relationships, trying to add value
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked the half day in the office and getting to meet the staff.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really don't know the leadership team. Coming from the non-profit world, I find this experience a little colder, but my impression is that one must perform and then, make connections. Jason Lis is my DBO and is supportive and fatherly. Damon Moore's speeches are motivational.
