best thing is the company does have great goal its trying to achieve. I think we all can help make that happen
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the commission structure is not good getting leads that have been went through 2 or more times before you get them and makes for a bad opportunity to try and make money
What makes you most happy at work?
knowing that i do have a job for one thing, and the fact that i get to work from home. not all customers i speak to are rude there are going to be those few but overall its good
