Love the company. The only recommendation for Telvista would be the benefits package (Insurance). The rates of a plan for family and employees with children is not comparable with other companies of this size. The overall package isn't bad, but the premiums are very high.

Getting my mind off things outside of work and being able to interact with adults(I just had a baby so it is always 100% him)

The diversity and the will to have everyone be successful. We have all came from different forms of backgrounds and everyone brings so much to the table.

They are open to ideas and communicate very well. I enjoy coming in to work because they make my job very comfortable and test my skills and abilities.
